It is with great sadness that I report the passing of Wadad Frangie, who worked for 11 years at the EOC as a program coordinator and cosmetology instructor. Wadad retired from the EOC in 2006.
Calling hours will be from 4 – 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19 at the Fitzgerald Funeral home 105 Vliet Blvd, Cohoes. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20 at St. Ann Maronite Catholic Church, 1919 3rd Ave., Watervliet.
